Job Type: Full TimeJob OverviewAs a Guest Relations Executive, you will be the welcoming face of Al Mahara at Burj Al Arab. Your role is to manage guest arrivals, reservations, and personalized interactions, ensuring every guest receives a warm, professional, and seamless experience from entry to departure.Key Responsibilities
- Manage the front-of-house guest experience at the restaurant entrance or hostess desk
- Handle restaurant reservations, group bookings, and special requests with meticulous attention to detail
- Greet, escort, and seat guests while ensuring smooth handover to service staff
- Act as a personal liaison for VIPs and regular guests, recognizing their preferences and maintaining high service consistency
- Follow all hospitality protocols, maintain updated reservation logs, and assist with guest recovery where needed
- Uphold the Heart of Jumeirah standards by delivering warm, intuitive, and culturally respectful service
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 2 years in guest-facing roles within a five-star hotel or luxury restaurant
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, presentable, and comfortable working in high-profile environments
- Proactive, guest-focused mindset with cultural sensitivity and service integrity
- Experience with restaurant booking systems and SOP adherence preferred
