As a Retail Survey Executive, you will conduct regular in-store surveys, mystery audits, and performance evaluations to capture authentic data and drive customer-focused improvements. The role demands accuracy, timely reporting, and collaboration with frontline teams to implement feedback-driven changes. Your insights will contribute to improving setup quality, customer satisfaction, and business value growth.Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily and monthly retail surveys to assess service quality, customer satisfaction, and process compliance
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in data collection and report submission
  • Submit daily reports and escalate critical feedback for immediate action
  • Monitor mystery shopper scores and identify improvement opportunities
  • Contribute to reducing customer complaints related to product setup or service quality
  • Support initiatives aimed at increasing MS Office business performance compared to the previous year
  • Analyze survey data to generate insights that support operational and commercial decision-making
  • Collaborate with retail and customer service teams to close quality gaps

Job Requirements

  • Graduate or Diploma in any discipline
  • 1-3 years of experience in retail operations, research, or customer service
  • Strong research and analytical skills; ability to derive insights from survey data
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments
  • Problem-solving skills with adaptability during field assignments
