  • Deliver engaging and inspiring Drama lessons aligned with the National Curriculum for England
  • Teach GCSE and/or A-Level Drama with a focus on creativity, performance, and theory
  • Use data-driven instruction to ensure students meet ambitious learning goals
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of curriculum and assessment practices
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance interdisciplinary learning
  • Participate in school events, extracurricular programs, and performance opportunities

Job Requirements

  • B.Ed, PGCE, PGDE or equivalent qualification in Secondary Education or relevant subject
  • Minimum of 2 years\’ experience teaching Drama within a British curriculum school
  • Demonstrated excellence in classroom practice and student outcomes
  • Strong understanding of evidence-based teaching methodologies
  • Ability to foster ambition, responsibility, and courage in students
