The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .NET development, web services, and cloud technologies, with a passion for building scalable, secure, and high-performance applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance business-critical systems and services.Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET Core/.NET Framework, C#, and related technologies.
- Build and consume RESTful APIs and microservices to support web and enterprise applications.
- Work with SQL Server and Entity Framework for backend development and data modeling.
- Collaborate with front-end developers and QA engineers to deliver high-quality software using Agile methodologies.
- Integrate with CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Git, and Azure DevOps.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, and security best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and debugging to ensure software meets functional and performance requirements.
- Document technical specifications, architecture, and processes.
- Support deployment to cloud environments (e.g., Azure or AWS) and troubleshoot production issues.
- Continuously research, evaluate, and apply new technologies and tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in .NET development using C#.
- Strong experience with ASP.NET Core / MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework.
- Proficient in SQL Server, including stored procedures, indexing, and performance tuning.
- Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
- Hands-on experience with Git, Jenkins, Maven, and version control systems.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments with active participation in sprint ceremonies.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
- Experience with containerization using Docker is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with test automation frameworks like Selenium, Postman, or NUnit/xUnit.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices.
- Exposure to JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) is a plus.
- Knowledge of performance monitoring tools and application logging (e.g., ELK stack, Application Insights).
Expected salary: $60 per hour
