Job Type: Full-timeJob OverviewYou will be responsible for managing and securing LAN, WAN, wireless networks, and cloud-based infrastructure, ensuring consistent performance, scalability, and compliance. The role includes troubleshooting, documenting, and improving network infrastructure across multiple projects while supporting advanced technologies including Azure networking, NSX, SDWAN, and firewalls.Key Responsibilities
- Configure, implement, and maintain LAN/WAN/Wireless LAN infrastructure and structured cabling systems
- Design, install, and document wired and wireless network topologies for enterprise projects
- Maintain and optimize Palo Alto and FortiGate firewalls and provide network security solutions
- Troubleshoot IPSEC VPN, SSL VPN, and SDWAN performance and connectivity issues
- Manage Azure Load Balancers, VPN Gateways, Express Route, and cloud firewall policies
- Configure and maintain Aruba controllers, access points, and ClearPass Policy Manager (CPPM)
- Administer cloud networking components including Azure, VMware NSX, F5 Load Balancer, GSLB, and Web Application Firewall (WAF)
- Handle incident and change request tickets, ensure timely resolution per SLAs using ITSM tools
- Analyze root causes of network failures and implement corrective actions
- Apply security policies including IDS/IPS, DDoS mitigation, web filtering, and UTM features
Job RequirementsEducation and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in enterprise network and security management
- Certification in network security (e.g., CCNP Security, Palo Alto, Fortinet, or Aruba) preferred
Skills
- Expertise in network security with FortiGate and Palo Alto
- Strong troubleshooting skills with VPN, SDWAN, and wireless connectivity
- Working knowledge of Azure networking, load balancers, and security controls
- Familiarity with F5 and VMware NSX is highly desirable
- Experience with enterprise-grade Aruba wireless infrastructure
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Ability to manage complex documentation and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders
