Job description: Responsibilities:Financial Strategy & Operations: Driving financial strategies and operations to support organizational growth and financial sustainability.Risk Management: Implementing effective financial risk assessment and mitigation measures.Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring adherence to CBUAE regulations, IFRS standards, and local laws.Financial Planning & Analysis: Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to inform decision-making and strategic planning.Performance Optimization: Leading initiatives for enhanced financial performance and cost-efficiency.Required SkillsA minimum of 10–15 years of experience in Finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the UAE financial sector.Proven experience in banking or financial institutions regulated by the CBUAE.Strong knowledge of financial regulations, risk management, and regulatory compliance within UAE’s banking environment.

Expected salary: 50000 – 60000 per year
