  • Conduct routine site inspections and verify compliance with project specifications, drawings, and relevant codes
  • Manage and obtain approvals for Work Inspection Requests (WIRs) and Material Inspection Requests (MIRs) with the consultant
  • Attend consultant quality walks and ensure execution is in line with Approved ITPs and specifications
  • Monitor ongoing site construction activities for adherence to IFC/shop drawings and quality plans
  • Jointly inspect material deliveries with consultants and verify conformance to approved submittals and standards
  • Prepare and maintain logs and reports for WIRs, MIRs, NCRs, and Site Observation Reports (SORs)
  • Issue and follow up on Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and support corrective action implementation
  • Verify dimensional accuracy of executed works based on approved drawings
  • Monitor third-party lab testing and ensure compliance with specifications and consultant requirements
  • Coordinate with civil and MEP departments to ensure sequencing, clearance, and inspection readiness
  • Ensure all quality documentation is complete, updated, and properly archived

Job RequirementsEducation and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in QA/QC roles within construction, preferably in residential/mixed-use projects

Skills

  • Strong understanding of construction processes, ITPs, and regulatory codes (DM, DCD)
  • Experience in managing WIRs, MIRs, and coordinating with consultants
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting shop drawings and specifications
  • Good documentation and reporting skills
  • Strong coordination and communication with multidisciplinary teams
