Job description: Responsibilities:Conduct on-going comprehensive analysis to identify internal program purchasing trends and volume forecasts, alongside extensive market analysis to ensure that parts and materials are purchased at the most competitive price, meet delivery and quality targets, are in line with budget and ensure that continuity of supply chain is met. Participate in the resolution of sourcing-related commercial and technical issues, involving internal customers and suppliers as appropriate.Conduct effective and proactive liaison with internal customers and other departments, seeking to maintain excellent relationships and acting as a single point of contact for program sourcing. Identify risks and lead the implementation of risk management strategies for area of responsibility and ensure the creation, maintenance, and management of a program risk register.Ensure suppliers are selected in coordination with internal teams and that certifications and standards for selected suppliers are in line with customer specifications. Oversee the performance and relationship management of suppliers and ensure any performance issues are appropriately followed up.Required SkillsAt least 10 years in procurement and supply chain management experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.MCIPS or equivalent university degree in Procurement/Supply Chain or Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.Strong analytical skills. Commercial and financial acumen.Skilled IT user (MS Office, MS Project, SAP).Understanding of aerospace procurement environment.Good negotiating skills and ability to influence others to reach agreement. Ability to prepare and present concise oral and written reports and other documentation.
Expected salary: 22000 – 25000 per month
