- Lead requirement gathering and documentation for digital onboarding and credit card-related journeys
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and development teams to create intuitive, customer-centric interfaces
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and user stories for agile development
- Contribute to building seamless onboarding workflows across mobile apps and internet banking platforms
- Facilitate integration with third-party tools, services, and fintech platforms
- Analyze customer behavior and feedback to improve onboarding flows and reduce drop-offs
- Ensure consistent API integration and secure data exchange between systems
- Participate in agile ceremonies, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and stakeholder reviews
- Maintain clear and thorough documentation for journey maps, technical requirements, and testing scope
- Engage with internal and external teams to align on timelines, priorities, and deployment readiness
Job RequirementsEducation
- Bachelor\’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline
Experience
- 7 to 10 years total experience, with at least 5 years as a Business Analyst in digital banking
- Prior involvement in customer onboarding, credit card platforms, or PRIME is essential
Skills
- Hands-on experience with mobile and web-based front-end journey development
- Knowledge of UI/UX design tools and customer journey optimization techniques
- Familiarity with REST APIs, third-party integration, and digital architecture
- Agile delivery experience with strong communication and collaboration skills
- Analytical mindset with attention to user behavior, data insights, and performance tracking
Domain Preference
- Background in credit card platforms and onboarding solutions
