Job Description
- After successful 2024, looking for Business Head to join the team in Dubai.
- Reporting directly to the Chairman.
- Oversee sales, and operational teams by managing technicians, QA workflows, and spare parts procurement.
- Establish and manage end-to-end operations for used electronics (phones, laptops, tablets), including supplier sourcing, product grading, pricing strategy, and refurbishment/testing processes.
- Develop and expand distribution and sales channels across the Middle East, Africa, India, and CIS regions, and report business performance to the Chairman using data-driven dashboards.
Key Candidate Criteria
- Ideally +7 years of experience in sales or business roles within the mobile phone, IT hardware, or electronics trading industry.
- Strong understanding of the refurbished electronics lifecycle and aftermarket supply chain.
- Has existing network of industry contacts, including former colleagues and partners.
- Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong commercial focus.
- Can speak fluent English, and Hindi.
