- Maximize sales and profitability of brand stores in line with company targets
- Develop brand launch strategies in coordination with the General Manager
- Control costs within budget while driving productivity and stock sell-through
- Align brand positioning with marketing and principal guidelines
- Monitor feedback on brand acceptance and adapt positioning accordingly
- Lead the merchandise planning process, including pricing, assortment, and budgeting
- Conduct product selection based on performance data and market trends
- Manage in-season activities like stock balancing, markdowns, and performance analysis
- Create and execute visual merchandising strategies across retail outlets
- Oversee brand awareness campaigns such as Club Apparel loyalty integration
Research and Market Intelligence
- Analyze competitive pricing, merchandising trends, and customer preferences
- Identify new site opportunities and assess trade area dynamics
- Work with Operations and Projects teams to coordinate store launches and refits
- Stay up to date with emerging trends in fashion, fits, and customer behavior
Desired Experience
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in brand management, preferably in retail or fashion
- Proven success in launching, scaling, and managing brands across multiple territories
- Expertise in merchandising, pricing, sales analysis, and inventory control
- Strong planning, team leadership, and stakeholder coordination skills
