  • Lead daily store operations, ensuring seamless and efficient workflows
  • Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and driving team performance
  • Train, coach, and supervise sales staff to maintain high service standards
  • Implement visual merchandising and promotional campaigns to enhance customer experience
  • Monitor stock levels, replenish merchandise, and manage inventory accuracy
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, upholding brand reputation
  • Maintain store compliance with company policies, security protocols, and operational checklists
  • Prepare staff rosters, manage leave schedules, and ensure optimal staffing levels
  • Conduct store audits, administrative reporting, and performance analysis
  • Encourage team involvement in setting goals and executing store strategies

Job RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
Experience: Minimum 3 years in a retail supervisory or assistant store manager role
Skills:

  • Strong leadership and staff development capabilities
  • Proven ability to exceed sales KPIs and enhance customer engagement
  • Proficiency in store operations, inventory management, and merchandising
