- Monitor stock levels, replenish merchandise, and manage inventory accuracy
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, upholding brand reputation
- Maintain store compliance with company policies, security protocols, and operational checklists
- Prepare staff rosters, manage leave schedules, and ensure optimal staffing levels
- Conduct store audits, administrative reporting, and performance analysis
- Encourage team involvement in setting goals and executing store strategies
Job RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
Experience: Minimum 3 years in a retail supervisory or assistant store manager role
