- Coordinate import and export logistics for shipping operations across key routes
- Monitor cargo movement, resolve issues, and ensure timely documentation and clearance
- Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and customs to streamline processes and reduce delays
- Maintain accurate shipment tracking and prepare regular operational reports
- Analyze shipping data to identify areas for cost efficiency and service improvement
- Ensure compliance with UAE trade and customs regulations
- Support internal teams with logistics documentation and port clearances
- Address escalations and proactively troubleshoot supply chain disruptions
Job RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience: 3-5 years in shipping coordination or freight operations within the GCC
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and documentation
- Familiarity with port and customs clearance procedures
- Proficiency in logistics software and MS Excel
- Effective communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
