We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our fast-paced sales team. You will be responsible for selling a wide range of technology hardware products, including laptops, desktops, printers, monitors, servers, firewalls, access points, and other IT equipment to SMBs and corporate clients. Your primary focus will be on generating new leads, building relationships with clients, and driving sales revenue.
Responsibilities:
Generate Sales Leads: Proactively identify potential customers through market research, networking, and cold calling. Collaborate with marketing teams to leverage campaigns and events to drive lead generation.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Understand their unique needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Product Expertise: Develop an in-depth understanding of the IT hardware products and their technical specifications. Demonstrate product knowledge to customers, highlighting key features and benefits.
Sales Presentations: Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of our technology hardware offerings.
Sales Quotas and Targets: Achieve or exceed sales targets and quotas within the assigned territory or customer segment.
Proposal and Quote Creation: Prepare accurate and competitive quotes and proposals based on customer requirements and pricing guidelines.
Sales Negotiations: Skillfully negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to close deals while maintaining positive customer relationships.
Customer Support: Provide post-sales support and assistance to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to identify new sales opportunities and gain a competitive edge.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Marketing $ Sales, or a related field.
Proven track record of success in IT sales or technology hardware sales.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
Technical knowledge and understanding of IT hardware products and solutions.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to achieve sales targets.
Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.Minimum 4-5 years experience in UAE ( mandate )Having a valid UAE driving licence is an added advantage.
Expected salary: 10000 per month
