Job description: Charterhouse is working exclusively with a leading Multinational Manufacturer who are looking to hire a Business Development Manager to join their Dubai office. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and driving business growth across the Middle East region.About the role
The Business Development Manager will establish and nurture relationships with prospects, gaining a deep understanding of market dynamics, segments, and trends. Engaging with key accounts at all levels, the Manager will generate new business leads, target potential clients, and identify opportunities to drive revenue and profitability growth.This role will involve managing the sales process from lead generation through to order completion, alongside building and maintaining long-lasting B2B account relationships. Additionally, the successful individual will build a strong sales pipeline, develop long-term strategies and oversee forecasting to ensure company objectives are met and customer needs are addressed.About you
The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Business or a similar field with at least 5 years’ experience working for a multinational manufacturer of raw materials. In addition, proficiency in ERP software and strong Excel skills are essential. Our client is looking to hire a self-motivated and analytical sales professional with strong negotiation skills to close deals under strict deadlines.This role will require regular travel to key markets, therefore excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities at once are required. Expected salary: 22000 – 25000 per month
