Job description: Responsibilities:Expert knowledge on Smart Locks/ Access Control, Home Automation is required so that the candidate can perform:Technical assessment of locks,Repair and reconfigure locksinstallation of locks at customer placesManaging warranty and AMCsDealing with customers for technical supportManaging the customer complaints and resolving the complaints in the specified time periodPreparing reports on customer complaints and replacementsSubmitting the customer complaints report to Philips and receiving the parts at right time from PhilipsMaking sure that enough spare parts are available in office at any point of timeSubmitting the installation reports weekly to the ManagerMust do carpentry works, whenever requiredRequired SkillsEngineering Degree or DiplomaMinimum 5 years’ experience (minimum 3 year in Smart Locks, access control, CCTV, Home Automation)Excellent English language – Written and verbalPleasant behaviourUAE Driving License

Expected salary: 4000 – 8000 per month
