- Strong experience building RESTful APIs using ASP.Net (.Net 8)
- Experience with version control tools, especially Git
- Understanding of API security (authentication, authorization, token-based access)
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code
- Familiar with Agile development methodologies
- Experience contributing to or designing API architecture and service-layer patterns
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Azure services (e.g., Azure Functions, Blob Storage, App Services)
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments
- Familiarity with Swagger/OpenAPI specifications
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and work independently
Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.
Expected salary: $42 – 46 per hour
