The position involves direct sales to B2B clients and project-based customers, working closely with system integrators, AV consultants, and project managers to grow account penetration and build strong client relationships.Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales volume and achieve revenue, margin, and stock targets for AV solutions
- Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, system integrators, and consultants
- Lead technical sales presentations and pre-sales coordination with design and marketing teams
- Identify new project opportunities and industry verticals for business expansion
- Oversee solution selling of complete AV systems including hardware and software components
- Ensure proper integration, coordination, and client satisfaction during installations
- Monitor market trends, client feedback, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies
- Follow up on outstanding collections and maintain account health
RequirementsEducation and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 4 years in B2B or key account sales within the AV, ProAV, or visual display industry
- Proven experience selling projectors, LED/LCD displays, and integrated AV solutions
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
Skills:
- Strong technical understanding of AV products and integration
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal and client relationship-building abilities
- Self-driven with good problem-solving and market analysis skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple large accounts
