  • Deliver training in multiple formats such as video, voice-over, and in-person based on business needs
  • Conduct regular reviews and updates of training material to maintain relevance and effectiveness
  • Support the creation and implementation of KPI-driven training programs to meet business goals
  • Facilitate training needs analysis and convert insights into actionable learning programs
  • Monitor certification and training progress and maintain records of attendance and completion
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts for accurate content delivery
  • Develop communication materials and monthly internal articles based on learning activities
  • Support Emirati talent development programs with planning and follow-up
  • Lead and manage the induction program to ensure seamless onboarding
  • Partner with stakeholders across departments to identify training needs and measure impact

RequirementsEducation:

  • Bachelor\’s degree in Human Resources or related field

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years in a training or coaching role
  • Automotive industry experience is an advantage

Skills:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Arabic and English language fluency
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, video editing software, and LMS platforms
  • Organizational and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to manage projects and priorities independently
