- Deliver training in multiple formats such as video, voice-over, and in-person based on business needs
- Conduct regular reviews and updates of training material to maintain relevance and effectiveness
- Support the creation and implementation of KPI-driven training programs to meet business goals
- Facilitate training needs analysis and convert insights into actionable learning programs
- Monitor certification and training progress and maintain records of attendance and completion
- Coordinate with subject matter experts for accurate content delivery
- Develop communication materials and monthly internal articles based on learning activities
- Support Emirati talent development programs with planning and follow-up
- Lead and manage the induction program to ensure seamless onboarding
- Partner with stakeholders across departments to identify training needs and measure impact
RequirementsEducation:
- Bachelor\’s degree in Human Resources or related field
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years in a training or coaching role
- Automotive industry experience is an advantage
Skills:
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Arabic and English language fluency
- Experience with Microsoft Office, video editing software, and LMS platforms
- Organizational and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to manage projects and priorities independently
