Job description: Responsibilities:Act as the Managing Agent for assigned projects, ensuring that contractors execute works in accordance with project specifications, timelines, quality standards, and safety requirements.Serve as the Consultant Project Manager for designated projects, overseeing end-to-end project delivery from design through execution to close-out.Manage day-to-day project activities including planning, scheduling, monitoring progress, and reporting.Coordinate between clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project communication and timely resolution of issues.Manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle by ensuring transparency, responsiveness, and proactive communication.Review project designs, shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements to ensure compliance with project requirements.Monitor and control project costs, variations, and change orders in coordination with the project controls team.Prepare, maintain, and submit all project-related reports, progress updates, and deliverables to both client and management as per required timelines.Attend and lead project meetings (site meetings, technical workshops, progress meetings), prepare agendas, and issue minutes.Identify project risks and propose and implement mitigation measures proactively.Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards and client expectations.Enforce project compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.Support contract administration by tracking contractor obligations, claims, and performance throughout project execution.Maintain detailed and organized project documentation and records in accordance with company standards.Manage contracts through close follow-up on contractual obligations, deliverables, milestones, and payment schedules.Proactively identify, address, and resolve conflicts or disputes escalated by other project team members to maintain project momentum.Required SkillsBachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architectural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 5–8 years of proven experience in project management, site supervision, and contract administration within construction, fit-out, or engineering consultancy sectors.Previous experience working as a managing agent or consultant project manager is highly preferred.Solid understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations applicable to construction projects.Experience in contractor evaluation, prequalification processes, and performance management.PMP Certification, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is an advantage.Valid UAE driving license

Expected salary: 16000 – 18000 per month
