Language Proficiency: EnglishJob Responsibilities:This role involves assisting the InfoSec Lead in managing incident response activities, coordinating with our Managed Detection and Response (MDR) provider, and maintaining various security tools and processes. Organizational Relationships Reporting Relationships: InfoSec Engineer InfoSec Lead Direct Reports: 1 Internal Communication: Service Desk NOC / Infrastructure /Infosec Team.
External Communication: Technology vendors (TIER III support).
Key Accountabilities Incident Response Support: Assist in the detection, analysis, and response to security incidents, including coordinating with the MDR provider and internal stakeholders. Security Monitoring: Monitor security alerts and logs from SIEM, EDR, and other security tools to identify potential threats.
Vulnerability Management: Support vulnerability assessments and track remediation efforts in collaboration with IT teams. Security Tool Maintenance: Help maintain and configure security tools such as EDR, SIEM, and NAC systems. Documentation: Maintain up-to-date documentation for security processes, incident reports, and system configurations.
Minimum Qualifications Preferred Qualifications 1–3 years in an information security role or related IT position. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field. CompTIA Security+, CEH, or equivalent certifications are preferred. Familiarity with security tools (SIEM, EDR, NAC), understanding of network protocols, and basic scripting knowledge. Good understanding of cloud and on-prem infrastructure from a security lens. Familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, and security audit processes. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.

Expected salary: 11000 per month
