This role is exclusively for Emirati Nationals. The ideal candidate will specialize in fabricating high-quality dental prosthetics such as crowns, bridges, dentures, and orthodontic appliances, using both traditional techniques and advanced digital dental technologies.This is an excellent opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility, utilizing advanced materials and cutting-edge equipment to deliver precision-driven dental solutions for patients.Key Responsibilities:Fabrication & Design: Create and customize crowns, bridges, veneers, and dentures based on dentist prescriptions.Digital Dentistry: Utilize CAD/CAM technology, 3D printing, and milling machines to ensure high precision and quality in all dental prosthetics.Material Expertise: Work with a variety of dental materials, including zirconia, e.max, PMMA, and composite resins.Aesthetic Customization: Perform shade matching and contouring to ensure restorations look as natural as possible.Repair & Adjustment: Modify, reline, and repair prosthetics as needed to meet patient needs.Collaboration: Work closely with dentists and specialists to refine designs and ensure optimal patient outcomes.Quality Control: Conduct thorough inspections of finished products to ensure they meet industry standards and client expectations.Compliance & Safety: Adhere to strict infection control protocols and comply with UAE healthcare regulations.Qualifications & Experience:Required: Proven experience as a Dental Lab Technician, particularly in prosthetics.Technical Expertise: Proficient with CAD/CAM technology, 3D printing, and other digital tools used in modern dental labs.Attention to Detail: High level of precision and focus in every aspect of work.Collaboration: Ability to work well with a team and communicate effectively with dentists and specialists.Nationality: EmiratiSalary & Benefits:Salary: AED 12,000 to AED 15,000 per month + NafisGender: FemaleNationality: Emirati
