Job description: The primary responsibilities of the Emergency, Outpatient, Inpatient and Clinic patient access representatives are to accurately register and pre-register all medical patients receiving services at Southwest Health System.Regulatory/Educational Requirements:

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Language Skills:
- Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Additional languages preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills.
Skills:
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Strong communication skills.
