This role focuses on maintaining compliance, enhancing data architecture, and supporting analytical and machine learning applications to drive informed business decisions.Key Responsibilities– Develop, manage, and maintain scalable and secure data platforms both on-premise and in the cloud
– Leverage technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, Hive, HDFS, and MapReduce for big data operations
– Conduct complex data extraction, transformation, and analysis using Python, R, SAS, and MS SQL
– Collaborate with data scientists and IT teams to build robust simulation and analytics tools
– Ensure cybersecurity and compliance protocols are integrated into data systems
– Apply machine learning models such as clustering, decision trees, and neural networks to drive insights
– Visualize findings using Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik, and communicate results clearly to stakeholders
– Deliver high-impact reports and dashboards to support strategic decision-making
– Partner with multiple departments to assess data needs and ensure timely data deliveryQualifications– Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline
– Master’s degree or certifications in Data Management or Machine Learning is preferred
– 5+ years of hands-on experience in data management, ideally with cybersecurity exposure
– Familiarity with Apache Mesos, YARN, and distributed data systems
– Proficient in Python, R, SAS, SQL, and cloud-based data platforms
– Strong grasp of machine learning fundamentals and analytics best practices
