Job description: Global Mobility Specialist – International Assignments and ComplianceDP World UAE is seeking a Global Mobility Specialist to support the seamless relocation of international employees and ensure full compliance with tax, immigration, and mobility policies. Based in Dubai, this role is key to delivering a high-quality global mobility experience while managing vendors and cross-functional partnerships across HR, finance, and operations.Job Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Gender: AnyWhat Does a Global Mobility Specialist Do?– Oversee the daily coordination and execution of international assignments and transfers
– Provide employees with tailored mobility services that ensure efficiency and a positive relocation experience
– Collaborate with HR, finance, and business units to manage compliance with tax, immigration, and social security regulations
– Coordinate with external vendors handling visa processing, tax services, shipment, and destination support
– Use assignment management systems to streamline operations and generate performance insights
– Resolve complex mobility queries and make decisions on exception cases
– Act as a mobility advisor, promoting DP World’s culture and values during every employee interaction
– Maintain alignment with global mobility best practices and ensure safety and ethics complianceWhat Are the Key Responsibilities?– Ensure timely and accurate relocation support for inbound and outbound international assignees
– Support cross-border transfers, especially to and from hardship locations
– Manage vendor performance and service delivery across assignment stages
– Monitor and reduce costs through efficient mobility program management
– Provide advice on assignment compensation, tax equalization, and relocation benefits
– Partner with business stakeholders to support planning and talent deployment initiativesWhat Skills Are Needed for a Global Mobility Specialist in Dubai?Education and Experience:
– Relevant experience in global mobility with a focus on international assignments across regions
– Familiarity with Middle East, Africa, Europe, Asia Pacific, and Americas mobility practices
– Background in mobility services for hardship or complex locationsTechnical Skills:
– In-depth knowledge of global immigration, international taxation, social security, and risk mitigation
– Broad understanding of reward structures and mobility-related compensation
