Job description: Key Responsibilities:
1.Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to secure infrastructure development projects.
2.Identify new business opportunities through tenders, partnerships, and strategic outreach.
3.Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, contractors, consultants, and private sector clients.
4.Respond to RFPs and RFQs with well-prepared proposals and presentations.
5.Collaborate with internal technical and project teams to align offerings with client needs.
6.Monitor industry trends, policy updates, and competitor activities in both infrastructure and renewable energy sectors.
7.Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry forums.
8.Maintain an organized CRM system, track leads, and report sales performance.Qualifications:
1.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
2.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales or marketing in infrastructure, construction, or engineering sectors.
3.Demonstrated success in winning infrastructure-related projects or contracts.
4.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
