Job description: DescriptionPosition at JBS USASAP SD Functional Analyst IIPurpose and Scope/General Summary: We are looking for a SAP SD Functional Analyst for JBS and Wild Fork Foods that will report onsite to the corporate office in Greeley, Colorado.The successful applicant in this role is responsible for business and systems analysis functions supporting our supply chain systems focusing on SAP Sales and Distribution and Fiori apps. This individual will apply proven analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills to help maximize the benefit of IT investments. All activities from process mapping, designing, configuration, requirements gathering, writing functional specifications, quality control testing, end user training, documentation, on-going maintenance and enhancements for SAP. This includes understanding and testing with other systems integrated with SAP. Candidate must be willing and able to learn new functionality, grow with the position requirements and be an integral team member. This role will also provide SAP support for a global install.Responsibilities:

  • Understand how applications support business processes and apply this knowledge to solve defined business problems.
  • Perform SAP system configuration to solve production issues, implement enhancements and prototype new functionality.
  • Design and deliver high quality solutions that meet overall business requirements.
  • Interface with business process owners to facilitate process improvement through enhanced or new application functionality.
  • Interface with development team members to clearly define requested changes.
  • Develop documentation for systems and processes.
  • Document functional business requirements and interpret them into process and system designs.
  • Perform regression testing to validate fixes and enhancements.
  • Understand customer needs and quantify appropriate actions.
  • Understand security needs and coordinate with required IT and Business team members.
  • Effectively transfer knowledge to the customer for on-going support.
  • Design and document test plans: Unit, integration, and regression.
  • Independently manage and deliver projects timely.
  • Support business areas via ticketing tool.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in a related field
  • SAP SD: 10+ years of configuration experience, strong knowledge in Order to Cash processes (Pricing, Quotations, Sales Order Entry, ATP, Rebates, Accruals, Order Fulfillment, Sales Invoicing, Shipping/Transportation, Billing and Payment)
  • SAP TM: Experience in implementing SAP S4HANA TM module, knowledge in Transportation management
  • SAP GTS: Experience in Global Trade Services, functionalities including Customs management, compliance management, and integration with sub-systems
  • SAP S/4 HANA: System Implementation Experience, Supply Chain for Transportation Planning & Execution
  • Retail and POS: Experience with SAP for Retail industry, POS implementation, Article master data, merchandise categories, assortments, and hierarchies
  • Strong functional knowledge of supply chain processes and concepts
  • Business experience in SCM (Supply Chain Management)
  • Functional experience with PROXY, IDOCs, EDIs, and integration with external systems (eComm, POS, marketing, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of master data requirements and setup that support SAP processes and solutions
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Visio
  • Experience with Testing Software solutions
  • ABAP and debug
  • LSMW creation
  • Self-starter with full responsibility and ownership of tasks
  • Excellent communication and relational skills
  • Positive attitude to learn new functionalities
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment

The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:

  • Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;
  • Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;
  • 401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule;
  • Base salary range of $100,000-$120,000;
  • Incentive Pay: This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program; and
