Job description: Responsibilities:
1.Strategic HR Management: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business direction. Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership in workforce planning and organizational design. Lead succession planning, talent development, and manpower forecasting
2.Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Oversee end-to-end recruitment process across all locations. Ensure timely hiring of skilled and qualified personnel across departments (retail, office, WH).Design and execute effective onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
3.Employee Relations & Engagement: Promote a healthy and productive work culture. Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in accordance with company policies and labor laws. Develop employee engagement programs to improve morale, retention, and performance.
4.Performance Management: Manage the performance appraisal process across all verticals. Drive implementation of KPIs, goal setting, and performance feedback mechanisms. Identify skill gaps and coordinate training & development programs.
5.Compensation & Benefits: Oversee payroll administration and ensure accuracy and compliance. Benchmark compensation structures with industry standards. Manage employee benefits, insurance, and incentive programs.
6.Policy Development & Compliance: Create, update, and ensure adherence to HR and administrative policies. Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety regulations, and company standards. Conduct regular HR audits across retail stores, warehouses, and corporate offices
7.Administrative Operations: Supervise facility management, security, travel, and other administrative services. Coordinate with procurement and IT for administrative support and infrastructure. Manage lease agreements, office contracts, and vendor relationships
8.HR Systems & Analytics: Leverage HRIS and data analytics for better decision-making. Maintain accurate records of employee data, attendance, leaves, and compliance metrics. Present periodic HR reports and dashboards to management. Ensure all HR initiatives and goals are met in accordance with corporate and region objectives. Drive cultural initiatives that focus on engaging employees and increasing employee engagement. Counsel, advise and train on performance-based issues including corrective action plans, grievances and terminations. Investigate employee relation issues such as employee complaints, harassment allegations and recommend appropriate action in a timely manner. Oversee the areas of employment, affirmative action, employee benefits, compensation, performance appraisal programs, personnel record keeping, unemployment claims and employee relations, labor relations and training. Identify and determine training needs. Provide employee relations counseling and problem solving for managers and employees, to ensure a productive work environment, remaining consistent with company values and policies and in adherence regulatory law.Qualifications
1.Education: Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2.Work Experience: Minimum 10-12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity in the retail industry.Furniture/retail/warehousing environments preferred.Min Experience:10 YearsSalary :AED 25000Temp/Perm::PermanentLocation :DubaiPosted Date:April 21, 2025
