– Work with international manufacturers and suppliers to obtain high-quality materials at optimal pricing
– Review project specifications and ensure procured items match technical requirements and quality standards
– Evaluate and negotiate with vendors to maximize value while meeting deadlines and compliance guidelines
– Streamline procurement processes to reduce lead times and improve delivery scheduling
– Monitor supply chain risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies
– Oversee inspections and audits to ensure quality control for all material deliveries
– Maintain complete documentation of procurement cycles including POs, delivery records, and supplier performance reports
– Collaborate with finance to track budgets and drive savings through strategic procurement
