– Deliver engaging training sessions, presentations, and marketing tools to onboard and support new agents
– Serve as the primary contact for all agency-related matters in designated regions
– Plan and execute sales events and promotional activities in target markets
– Conduct market research and provide insights on real estate trends and regional conditions

– Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related fieldExperience:
– At least 3 years of experience in a similar role managing agency networks or external real estate partnerships
