Job DescriptionOne of the premier Healthcare organizations is seeking a Patient Access Representative for their call center department to provide administrative support for scheduling appointments and verification of eligibility. - Schedule patient appointments.
- Verified eligibility.
- Post payments into patient accounts.
- Ensure all medical necessity compliance are completed.
- Performs daily clerical duties, including sending faxes, making copies, and assisting in other areas.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Two (2) years of Patient Access experience within a healthcare setting.
- Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Insurance verification and Microsoft office knowledge is required.
