Job description: Job DescriptionOur client, a reputed Investment firm in DMCC, is looking to hire a Fund Management Analyst. Salary AED 15K – 18KJob Overview: We are seeking a skilled Fund Manager to oversee and manage our investment funds. This role requires an understanding of finance, market analysis, compliance regulations, and risk management practices to ensure the fund’s success and adherence to regulatory requirements.Key responsibilities: Compliant with bank account openings and broker account opening. Onboarding Investors in various international funds and be a point of contact for the client and the compliance team for funds. Ensure compliance with the UAE’s commercial and financial regulations. Monitor changes in regulations and laws that may affect the company and inform the Board of Directors accordingly. Maintain the company’s financial records, including the annexure of fees schedule,summarized reports on trading activities on a daily basis, etc. Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders on fund performance, market outlook, and strategy. Ensure that company documents and contracts are updated and compliant with UAE laws. Managing annual compliance requirements on the DMCC and SHAMS platforms. Oversee the process of incorporating new entities, branches as required. Work closely with compliance, legal, and risk management departments to maintain acomprehensive understanding of fund operations.Education and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, MBA (Finance), or a related field.Experience:Minimum 1-2 years of experience in UAE.Key Skills: Communication and Interpersonal skills Organizational skills Proficiency in finance, analysis, and performance reporting. Strong understanding of risk management principles and techniques.

Expected salary: 15000 – 18000 per month
