● Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

● Two years of experience in similar positionYou will be expected to:
● Develop and articulate a clear assessment strategy and vision that aligns with the school’s overall goals and objectives.
● Lead the development and implementation of Literacy policies and procedures in alignment with the American national curriculum framework and KHDA standards.
● Drive the implementation of literacy initiatives and ensure they support the school’s vision and mission.
