Job description: ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities in fire protection and safety services.Build and maintain relationships with facility managers, contractors, consultants, and safety officers.Promote and sell fire alarms, suppression systems, extinguishers, and maintenance services.Conduct site visits, risk assessments, and recommend suitable fire protection solutions.Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts to potential clients.Achieve and exceed sales targets through lead generation and account management.Stay updated on fire safety regulations, NFPA standards, and industry trends.Work closely with technical and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry meetings to expand market reachRequired SkillsExperience: 2-5 years in sales or business development (preferably in fire protection, safety solutions).Min 2 Years of UAE exp is a mustKnowledge: Strong understanding of fire alarm systems, fire suppression, extinguishers, and safety compliance standards.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Sales Abilities: Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and meet revenue targets.Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand fire safety products, system designs, and compliance requirements.Networking: Experience working with contractors, facility managers, HSE officers, and government authorities.Self-Motivation: Goal-oriented, self-driven, and proactive in lead generation.Willingness to Travel: Flexibility to visit clients, attend meetings, and participate in industry events.
Expected salary: 6000 – 10000 per month
