We have a global network of 32 offices serving clients in more than 40 countries worldwide.Job Description-Coordinating with department managers and concerned parties to identify staffing needs and ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
-Developing and defining candidate selection criteria to ensure accuracy and efficiency in the recruitment process.
-Supervising the search for qualified candidates using various channels, such as digital recruitment platforms and professional networks.
-Managing interview processes and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and personal interviews.
-Accurately evaluating candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using applicant tracking systems.
-Designing and developing personal interview questions that reflect the requirements of each job to ensure the selection of the best talents.
-Facilitating internal nomination and promotion processes to ensure that vacancies are filled with qualified talents and to support the career development of employees.
-Ensuring full compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and best practices in recruitment processes.
-Performing any additional tasks directed by the direct manager to support recruitment objectives.QualificationsMinimum 6+ years of experience is required.
Expected salary: 19000 per month
