Job description: Responsibilities
1.Target oriented, accountable and responsible for sales
2.Complete inside sales management:
3.Receipt of enquiry, response, read & understand technician’s reports, create quotes, prompt submissions & follow up in order to convert quotes to orders.
4.Post order process, spares requisition, planning & scheduling of technicians, effective execution, and report submissions.
5.Method statements, risk assessments, work permits, gate passes, and documentations as required.
6.Coordination with different production companies and logistics team
7.Flexible to take up calls as per business requirements.
8.Review and submit overtime of technicians.
9.Lead by setting up meetings for service business enhancement purposes.
10.Reliable weekly and monthly reporting based on goal setting.Requirements
1.Eager to learn and develop new skills both technical and sales related.
2.Experience: at least 2~3 years in similar roles
3.Education: technical degree or high school technical diploma
4.Education in physics/electrical/mechanical is preferred but not limited.
