Job description: Charterhouse is working with a leading Manufacturer of high-quality architectural lighting solutions. Our client is looking to hire an experienced Business Development professional to join their team in Dubai. This role will focus on sourcing and securing new business across a wide range of commercial projects in the region to support business growth and account retention.About the role
The Business Development Manager’s primary responsibility will be to proactively identify and win new business opportunities through conducting regular visits with key contacts within the construction industry. This role will involve extensive research and project tracking to stay up-to-date with relevant developments across assigned regions and to maintain competitive advantage in the market. Additionally, there will be a focus on overseeing ongoing projects to ensure successful delivery of projects within agreed timeframes and scope, working closely with internal design team and contractors. Our client is looking to hire an individual who is self-motivated, able to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.About you
To be considered for this role, candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in a similar Project Sales role, within lighting or building materials industry with a proven track record in converting high-value projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate must be available to travel as required by the business, own a vehicle, and have a valid UAE driver’s license. Expected salary: 18000 – 24000 per month
