Job description: Summary of the position:
- To serve BRAVE Academy by playing an instrumental role alongside theHead of Education in the administration and function of the building,growth, development, and maintenance of the Academy campus. Thisposition operates with a high level of independence, initiative,confidentiality, and attention to detail.
II. Experience and Knowledge Required:• Minimum of one year of administrative or support role• Proven track record of effective time management• Experience in problem solving• Ability to handle multiple projects effectively• Ability to learn and use RockRMS software• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, written and organizational skills• Projects a professional image, able to handle a fast-paced environment• Ability to handle confidential information• Proven leadership skills• Ability to work in a multi-task environment• Strong administrative abilities• Steady, positive attitude, people-oriented, team player, customer serviceminded• Familiar with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook• Editing and proofreading ability• Detail oriented, creative, ability to learn new software applications• Willingness to work after hours or on weekends when needed• Strong work ethic, commitment to excellenceIII. Essential Functions and Responsibilities:• Proficient with Microsoft Office and data integrity within RockRMS• Accountable for student attendance and record keeping• Build and lead a team of volunteers for receptionist duties and specialprojects• Prepare and distribute regular newsletters, keeping stakeholders informedabout important updates, events, and achievements.• Coordinate logistics for academy events, including reservations, catering,and ensuring smooth execution• Oversee proper handling of email requests and incoming phone calls• Manage Room Reservations within Rock RMS• Oversee the inventory and ordering of Academy supplies• Assist in all paperwork processes for campus• Maintain and file documents• Respond to emails and phone calls within a 24-hour time frame• Provide daily assistance to the Head of Education for variousneeds/requests• Process tasks within RockRMS (serving opportunities, Next Steps info,Cadre info, Membership info, baptism info)• Assist Head of Education in maintaining excellence inside & outside thefacility• Assist with planning, staffing, and implementing all special events andconferences at the Academy• Other related duties as assigned by the Head of Education
