- Administrative Support : Perform clerical duties as needed, including managing textbooks, supplies, and student records.
- Flexibility and Adaptability : Be open to other duties as assigned by the Executive Directors or Assistant Principals.
Qualifications:
- Education : Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year educational institution.
- Certification : State of Delaware certification as a teacher in your grade or content area.
Experience:
- Teaching Background : At least one year of teaching experience (two years preferred).
- Achievement Record : A proven track record of elevating student achievement in urban classrooms, with a deep understanding of effective pedagogy.
