Job description: On-Site Operations Executive to oversee event execution and logistics on the ground. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth event operations, manage vendors, coordinate staff, and provide excellent service to clients and guests.

- Oversee on-site event setup, execution, and breakdown.
- Coordinate with vendors, caterers, decorators, AV teams, and other service providers.
- Ensure that all event elements (seating, signage, lighting, sound, etc.) are in place and functioning correctly.
- Maintain event schedules and timelines to ensure a seamless experience.
- Arranging and coordinating permits for set up.
- Team & Staff Coordination
- Crisis Management & Troubleshooting
Person Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in event operations or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of AV equipment, stage setups, and event logistics is a plus
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays is a must
