They are seeking a highly driven and strategic Senior Growth Manager to lead user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through data-driven experimentation and scalable strategies. - Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy covering acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue.
- Own and optimize both paid and organic acquisition channels (SEO, content, paid ads, referrals, partnerships).
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to identify opportunities for improving conversion and retention.
- Analyze customer behavior, run A/B tests, and refine the growth funnel.
- Develop and implement automation strategies for lead generation, lifecycle marketing, and onboarding.
- Experiment with new growth channels, tools, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a growth, marketing, or product role within a SaaS or B2B company. (Industry can be outside of finance).
- Proven track record in scaling user acquisition and executing successful growth experiments.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data tools such as Google Analytics.
- Hands-on experience with paid acquisition (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta), SEO, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Ability to collaborate across teams and deliver results with minimal supervision.
- A startup mindset-comfortable with rapid iteration, testing, and navigating ambiguity.
