Our business extends to serving the B2B and B2C markets via various E-commerce platforms such as;- Amazon, Mumzworld and through traditional retailers.Job Overview:We are looking for a proactive and organized Inventory Supervisor to oversee daily operations and support the smooth running of our warehouse. In this role, you’ll lead a team, ensure efficient workflows, and maintain high standards for inventory accuracy, safety, and productivity.Key Responsibilities:· Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of warehouse staff, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure team members meet performance targets
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks
- Enforce health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment
- Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to implement process improvements
- Ensure all orders are processed efficiently and delivered on time
- Train and mentor warehouse employees to enhance their skills and productivity
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, when needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Inventory Supervisor, Team Leader, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management systems (WMS)
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems quickly
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with working with ERP systems
- Familiarity with lean warehouse practices or Six Sigma methodologies
- Background in retail and E-commerce inventory management, and logistics
