- Supporting and training staff to maintain best practices.
- Engaging with parents to build strong relationships and communication.
- Creating a positive, thriving, and nurturing environment for children.
- Contributing to the overall success and growth of the nursery.
Requirements:
- CACHE Level 5 (or equivalent) and a Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills with previous UAE experience in a management or senior teaching role.
- A deep understanding of the EYFS framework.
- Ability to support staff, engage parents, and drive the nursery’s success.
- Experience in growing and promoting a nursery community.
Expected salary: 11000 per month
