Job description: ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong business relationships with Client Car Service partners thru the sales field force, directly reporting to him/herRegular visits and consulting client partners in every aspect of workshop management (customer management, people management, sales of parts & services, quality management, process management, operational management) within specific territories and/or citiesExecute tactics and strategies to transform client from a workshop to a full-service car care placeFollow up new lead generation and consultancy during onboardingManage upgrading/transferring weaker workshops to stronger ones as well as saving the current workshopsCoordinate annual client quality assessments and follow-up specific client-based measures out of these assessmentsManage acceptance/refusal & removal of workshops for client networkSupport rolling out and active usage of client digital ecosystem projects (Online Booking Platform, Workshop Insight Dashboard, Digital Marketing platforms, ..) in client network and implement all client related business projects, leaded by client concept development teamsRelationship building talent that gains the trust of client partners to lead, motivate, change, and hold them accountable to all commitmentsSupport preparing business plans and regular forecasts for current and further workshop business modelsFollow up and report main key performance indicators of client partners and processesRequired SkillsA bachelor’s degree or similar studies in preferably in engineering, business, marketing, or a comparable degreeStructured and independent working style along with the intrinsic motivation to make things happenMore than 3 years of experience in the automotive service businessSolid understanding of workshop processes; basic understanding of automotive service technologies, vehicle diagnosis and awareness of related trendsBuild strong long-term relationships with client partnersProactive, solution, process and result oriented, self-motivatedFirm affinity to digital transformation within the automotive service operationsVisionary and think strategically – you anticipate market developments, innovations as well as challenges and you identify business opportunitiesGood presentation skills and persuasive communicationStrong verbal and written negotiation skills in Arabic and EnglishGood planning and organizational skillsExcellent level of IT tools usage skills (MS Office applications,..)Have a valid driving license and no restriction for domestic travel (
%70 of working hours)Based in U.A.E.

Expected salary: 12000 – 14000 per month
