HRIS Analyst
We are looking for an HRIS Analyst who will be responsible for managing our Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and security of our employee data. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent technical skills, and a deep understanding of HR processes.
The ability to support, trouble shoot, and solve is imperative in this role.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all HRIS related inquiries and issues
- Be the administrator/super user of the UKG HRIS system.
- Develop and implement data management procedures and best practices
- Create team member profiles, process new hires, separations, and status changes in UKG.
- Own configurations of HRIS UKG including but not limited to Core HR, Time Management, Performances, Payroll, Talent Management and Talent Acquisition.
- Perform regular audits to ensure data integrity; identify trends, correct errors, and coach to improve data accuracy.
- Generate custom reports and analytics to support HR and Business Leaders
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify system enhancements and improvements
- Researches, recommends and implements modules or solutions to enhance systems.
- Designs and provides standard and ad hoc reports for use by HR Business Partners and business leaders.
- Maintains optimal function of the HRIS through continuous development, collaborate with leadership to identify needs and then recommend and implement solutions/best practices
- Serves as the subject matter expert on the HRIS systems. Manages the on-going training of the tool and its modules. Trains and coaches end users to ensure data integrity.
- Develops system based solutions for the company’s evolving needs.
- Researches and analyzes processes, procedures and policies in order to develop and/or implement changes.
- Update and maintain HRIS and intranet.
- Performs ad hoc, analytical studies on a wide variety of HR trends and programs to make recommendations to HR management.
Experience and Education
- Prior HRIS experience (3+ years preferred)
- Strongly prefer UKG (formerly Ultimate Solutions or UltiPro) experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong Excel Skills (i.e. pivot table experience, importing and exporting data files)
- Solid experience with systems implementation and project management experience
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
Pay Range
- $70,000 – $80,000
Expected salary: $70000 – 80000 per year
