Job description: ResponsibilitiesSupervise repair and maintenance work on a variety of air conditioning equipment.Inspect and check completed work to ensure functional operation and conformity to standard.Review work orders, PPM, TR, and CM and determine priorities in consultation with operation and maintenance planning sections.Manages the flow of work through decision making and problem solving in the site to meet targets in terms of production and quality.Assist in the development of preventive maintenance schedules and procedures, including routine maintenance and overhaul.Prepare detailed work programmes for equipment under control and ensure that such work is carried out according to required standards.Ensure adequate spare parts, material and tools are available and submit requisitions for additional stock as required.Recommend changes in stock levels or modification to equipment or spare parts.Maintain records and files of work performed, time, labour and materials used, spare parts, requisitions, work orders, etc.Complete and process paperwork related to VHAC work, including timesheets, daily, monthly, and periodic work reports, etc.Ensure operational role which manages the flow of work through decision making and problem solving to meet targets in terms of finish the job and the quality of the job.Be able to present complex ideas in simple terms and convince others about why tasks need to be done a certain way.They also need to be able to communicate upward to higher management about issues and concerns on the site and, importantly, good and be able have good listening skills which he can use with both upper management and their work teams.Ensures, review, and analysis that of safety aspect for the employees, site, and equipment.Includes periodically advising management on the safety condition of all employees, site, equipment, and contractor.
Expected salary: 18000 – 20000 per month
