Job description: Responsibilities:
1.Lead, coach, and mentor a team to achieve individual and team sales targets.

4.Conduct regular performance evaluations and establish clear KPIs to measure team effectiveness.

1.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Setup Advisory, or a related field (preferred).
2.Proven experience as a successful Sales Team Leader with 2-5 years of experience.
3.Previous leadership or management experience in a related industry.
4.Strong understanding of company formation services, regulations, and procedures.
5.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
6.Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their full potential.
7.Proficiency in software and CRM systems.
