Job description: Responsibilities
1.Team Management: Recruit, hire, and train new sales staff. Develop and implement training programs for the sales team. Schedule and oversee daily sales activities. Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback. Conduct sales huddles everyday
2.Sales Strategy Development: Develop sales strategies to achieve company goals and revenue targets. Plan and execute sales campaigns and promotions. Identify and explore new sales opportunities.
3.Sales Planning: Prepare annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans. Set sales targets and ensure they are met. Forecast sales and budget for resources.
4.Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients. Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
5.Performance Monitoring: Track sales team metrics and performance. Analyze sales data and generate reports. Use sales data to make informed decisions and adjustments.
6.Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities. Monitor competitor activities and market conditions. Adjust sales strategies based on market analysis.
7.Collaboration and Coordination: Work with marketing, product development, and customer service teams. Align sales strategies with overall business goals. Provide feedback to other departments to improve products and services.
8.Budget Management: Manage the sales department budget. Ensure efficient allocation of resources. Monitor expenses and stay within budget.
9.Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management (daily, weekly, Monthly) Report on sales activities, results, and challenges. Use reports to drive sales performance improvements.
10.Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices. Implement new sales tools and technologies.
