- Work on new project initiatives and production issues
- Perform IT testing and Regression testing
- Prepare Functional Specifications for ABAP developments
- Prepare IT testing documentation for moving enhancements across the landscape from Dev to QA to Prod.
- Coordinate and collaborate with the overall BRIM Team and cross-module teams
- Prepare training materials and course presentations for process and Content specific sessions
Job Responsibilities
- Strong SAP Convergent Invoicing and FICA skills required
- Having SAP RAR knowledge is good to have
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Ability to forge positive working relationships with customers from various parts of the business (Accounting Finance and Technology)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Initiative-taking and solution oriented
- Previous media industry experience good to have
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team knowledge and capabilities.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to customers and management.
- Resolve complex issues related to SAP-FICA-Utilities implementations.
- Support the development and maintenance of project plans timelines and budgets.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and user satisfaction.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that drive business value.
Required Qualifications:
- Possess extensive experience in SAP-FICA-Utilities with a proven track record of successful implementations.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges.
- Proven understanding of Digital Asset Management-IME and OTT Digital Content Delivery.
- Proficiency in developing functional specifications and technical documentation.
- Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends and best practices.
- Hold a relevant certification in SAP-FICA or related fields to validate expertise.
Salary and Other Compensation:The annual salary for this position is between $112,500 – $152,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.Benefits: Cognizant offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements:
