Job description: Responsibilities:Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods efficiently.Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure proper stock rotation.Implement and enforce safety protocols and warehouse best practices.Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transporters for smooth logistics operations.Supervise and train warehouse staff, ensuring high performance and productivity.Monitor warehouse space utilization and suggest improvements for efficiency.Ensure all warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallets, etc.) is well-maintained.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on stock levels and warehouse activities.Handle damage control, returns, and quality checks of incoming/outgoing goods.Work closely with procurement, sales, and distribution teams to align warehouse operations with business needs.Required Skills:Proven experience as a Warehouse Incharge, Warehouse Supervisor, or similar role.Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control.Leadership skills with experience in team supervision and training.Ability to handle logistics, shipping, and supplier coordination.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.Familiarity with safety regulations and warehouse operational standards.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and inventory tracking software.
Expected salary: 4000 – 5000 per month
